The roots of construction begin with two words plan and design, we are always delivering the best to our customers as the roots are stronger the structure will be safer.
Planning will be done as following the municipality norms as Directorate of town and country planning. The plan drew satisfies all of their parameters of building rules. The licensed plan can be used for all legal purposes mainly for approval of house loan.

Without a perfect design of structural elements, you’re desired structure shape may not be possible.
A perfect reinforcement (Steel) shall ensure a long life of your structure.
Excess steel in the structure makes cost high, for cost controlling it is very advisable for designing.
For load-bearing walls, shear walls and cantilever beams it is mandatory to have a perfect design, without designing of these parts the structure will be unsafe as the failure may be in many of its parts like steel quantity or stirrups quantity or shape of assembly of main steel with stirrups or grade of concrete or mix of concrete.
Usually, plans are drawn using AUTO cad, and design is carried out using STAAD Pro software.
